Role Purpose
The Finance Analyst will be part of a team responsible for Global region in the financial modelling, pricing, billing mechanism & methodologies. He / She will work with Corporate Team for the proper treatment of Corporate Accounting and will be the overall in- charge of tracking of transaction and asset management cost.
Key Responsibilities
1. Client P&L Tracking and Reporting for the account.
- Assist in the activities of the Transaction and Asset Management team across the Globe with respect to:
- Information
- Report production
- Financial Administration - Ensure timely production of annual budgets
- Ensure timely production of monthly, quarterly and ad hoc financial reporting
- Ensure accurate and timely financial information is provided
- Analysis and variance reporting of expenses against budget and forecast for P&L
- Understand the operating costs, budget and forecast
2. Special Projects
- Managing both the day to day finance operations and strategic financial position of an account. This covers both the client managed spend and internal CBRE corporate responsibility
- Manage client’s deliverables in line with the contract by ensuring that the financial scope of works and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) are being met. Duties include financial reporting, client engagement, senior account team liaison, accounts payable/receivable management and working with internal finance colleagues.

Skills Required
- Experience in Finance/Accounting with min 3 years of accounting experience
- Sound technical expertise in internal management reporting, budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis and month end accounting
- Strong communication and presentation skills for managing various stakeholders across Asia Pacific
- Strong Excel skills and experience in other in a variety of accounting software
- Accounting qualification
- Strong communication skills (written and verbal). Be able to impact and influence colleagues and client
- Demonstrable ability to work with and influence finance and non-finance colleagues

- Ability to remain focused in a rapidly changing environment when stakeholders have competing goals

- Excellent Excel data manipulation skills – Excel 2007 (Lookups, pivot tables, If/Sum If statements - as a minimum)
- Good working knowledge of Word and PowerPoint
- Good working knowledge of PeopleSoft is advantageous
