Colorado Residents: CBRE carefully considers multiple factors to determine compensation, including a candidate’s education, training, and experience. The minimum salary for the Data Center M&E Technician position is $60,000 annually [or $28.85 per hour] and the maximum salary for the Data Center M&E Technician position is $70,000 annually [or $33.65 per hour]. The compensation that is offered to a successful candidate will depend on the candidate’s skills, qualifications, and experience.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree (real estate industry certificates, designations and license a plus)
  • Relevant finance and or commercial real estate coursework
  • 1-2 years of work experience in financial modeling and real estate valuations
  • High proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint and Word) and Salesforce
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Initiative, leadership, team-building skills and ability to meet deadlines
  • Organized with ability to manage multiple tasks in a dynamic, team environment

Responsibilities:

  • Support the Multifamily Team in the identification/analysis of investment opportunities
  • Maintain and update a regional investment pipeline
  • Complete various financial analyses including DCF/IRR valuation, sale and lease comparable review, sensitivity analysis, and other ad hoc analyses
  • Source and analyze market research including supply/demand analysis and market rent forecasts
  • Participate in due diligence and closing efforts, including: review of operating statements, rent rolls, third-party reports and closing statements
  • Assist in the preparation of Investment Committee materials
  • Assist in the preparation of disposition and financial analysis
  • Perform other projects and responsibilities as needed by the Americas team
