Key activities for this role include:

  • Maintaining stores facilities, including ordering, processing, and receipting of inwards and outwards materials
  • Assemble material job packs for field crews daily, and ensure returns are logged and stored accurately and efficiently
  • Maintain a Faulty/Return process to track/repair and dispose equipment as required by operational and HSEQ systems.
  • Provide monthly report to management of all logistics and inventory activity and plant hours and fuel usage
  • Maintain accurate records of servicing and repair bookings for vehicles and equipment, including documentation for "work completed or work in progress"
  • Oversight of depot facilities, management and coordination of repairs and maintenance.
