Here’s a snapshot of your day;
- Support CBRE’s People Leadership team across key People & HR initiatives, business strategies and operational reporting by delivering valuable insights driven by data
- Support monthly reporting and data analysis, particularly related to annual remunerations reviews, leave reporting and annual superannuation increase
- Provide key data to assist with organisational reporting requirements, including preparation of reports for WGEA and Diversity
- Project Coordination activities to support and deliver process improvement initiatives
- General HR administration tasks to support audits, compliance reporting, maintenance of project documents, and other tasks as required
- Monitor Peoplesoft HRIS and identify improvements for HRIS data quality to meet organisational data capability requirements
- Utilize and contribute to ongoing development of HR analytical tools and software to present accurate and efficient dashboards and insights back to stakeholders
- Provide guidance and direction to offshore shared services HR support team as required.
Here are some of the strengths you’ll possess and the background you’ll need to be successful;
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar HR Analyst and Reporting role with a strong focus on systems, projects and analytics within a large, fast-paced corporate environment
- Passion for developing reports and using data to guide and drive HR and business decisions
- Strong interest to develop your skills and experience across HR data analysis, metrics, insights, reporting and presentations
- Demonstrate strong initiative, organisation skills, high attention to detail and ability to adapt and manage multiple priorities and projects
- Working knowledge of basic Human Resource functions such as compensation, benefits, employee relations, processes, training, and development
- Highly proficient MS Office, Business Intelligence reports using Power BI, and practical experience with Peoplesoft or similar HRIS will be highly advantageous.
