Colorado Residents: CBRE carefully considers multiple factors to determine compensation, including a candidate’s education, training, and experience. The minimum salary for the Data Center M&E Technician position is $60,000 annually [or $28.85 per hour] and the maximum salary for the Data Center M&E Technician position is $70,000 annually [or $33.65 per hour]. The compensation that is offered to a successful candidate will depend on the candidate’s skills, qualifications, and experience.

SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS:  

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:  

Knowledge of customer service principles and practices  

Proficiency with MS Office (Outlook, Excel, Word) and other systems  

Demonstrated professional verbal and written communication skills  

Familiar and comfortable with making outbound calls 

Able to excel in Performance Based Culture. Required to meet weekly targets for Utilization, Number of Work Orders worked, Talk time and Actions per ticket 

 

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:  

High School diploma or GED (General Education Degree) required. Associate’s or Bachelor's degree preferred.  

Previous facilities management experience preferred  

Project management or trade experience / expertise helpful  

Engineering and/or Maintenance related experience/training preferred
