Colorado Residents: CBRE carefully considers multiple factors to determine compensation, including a candidate’s education, training, and experience. The minimum salary for the Data Center M&E Technician position is $60,000 annually [or $28.85 per hour] and the maximum salary for the Data Center M&E Technician position is $70,000 annually [or $33.65 per hour]. The compensation that is offered to a successful candidate will depend on the candidate’s skills, qualifications, and experience.

       3 years of experience in facilities management or client management required

       Knowledge of facilities management/trade services required

       Bachelor’s degree preferred

       People leadership experience preferred

       Professional verbal and written communication skills

       Knowledge of customer service principles and practices

       Ability to develop a trusted advisor relationship with key accounts, customer stakeholders and executive sponsors

       Ability to prioritize among competing tasks

       Ability to communicate and influence key stakeholders at all levels of an organization

       Proficiency with MS Office (Outlook, Excel, Word) and business applications
